„Terapia przez Sztukę” otrzymała informację od Cathy Malchiody, która poszukuje osoby do projektu arteterapeutycznego realizowane w Afryce. Osoby zanteresowane zapraszamy do wysyłania CV:

I am working with a group of doctors and public health officials with the Office
of Defense to draft a request for funds for art therapy centers to be developed
in Africa, to meet the psychosocial needs of women and children traumatized by
violence. We want to initiate this project in order to 1) provide direct art
therapy services to those in critical need, and 2) use accepted instruments to
measure the impact of such services within the parameters of accepted
evidence-based research and best practice models.

If you have expertise in art therapy, have worked with traumatized individuals
and/or disaster relief, can travel, and are French-speaking [this is key to the
regions where these programs would be established], please send me your CV and
any other information that you think would be helpful. I don’t get to this
