MSc in
Dance Movement Psychotherapy
A new programme that offers academic and professional qualifications for people interested in the therapeutic use of dance and movement has recently started at Queen Margaret University in Scotland. People graduating from this programme will receive licence to practise as dance movement psychotherapists and opportunities to work with a wide range of vulnerable populations (children, adults and older people) in a range of settings (e.g. hospitals, schools, voluntary organisations, prisons).
We welcome applications from people with an active interest in dance and movement
practices, some work experience and a deep desire to learn how to use movement safely for
personal development and therapeutic change.
