The Music Therapy Department of The Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland, invites you to the International Conference where we will explore the theme of “Trauma, music and music therapy” with international guest speakers, such as: Viggo Krüger (Oslo), Christine Wilhelmsen (Oslo), Eva Phan Quock (Vienna), Claire Ghetti (Bergen), Simon Procter (London).
The perspectives to be discussed include attachment and developmental trauma in the context of: foster care, neonatal music therapy, mother and infant bonding, family music therapy, refugee trauma and other.

The call for proposals is open until February 15th, and registration will be open till March 1st, 2023.

In person participation in the event includes, coffee breaks, 2 x lunch and one evening snack.
